With agreement from Millgate Healthcare Partnership, Healthwatch Tameside arranged to talk to patients.
Millgate Healthcare Partnership responded positively to the Healthwatch Tameside report with a detailed action plan covering the main areas of concern – telephone access and appointment access/availability.
Millgate Healthcare Partnership added a 'You said... We did....' section to their website, which can be found at www.millgatehealthcare.nhs.uk/
