Heart and lung report 2019
This report is based on the responses received in Tameside to the Healthwatch England heart and lung survey, as part of the NHS Long-term plan project.
Key messages
- Communication is at the centre of all the themes covered by this survey.
- Long-term support should be available to all who need it. This should include all the health conditions a person is receiving care for.
- Families and carers want to be involved more, and to also be provided with support
