Urgent care survey report 2021
Our urgent care survey was launched to ask about people’s knowledge of the urgent care access system. If they had experience of using it, we asked how it worked for them.
37% of the respondents were not aware of all the urgent care and emergency care options listed in the survey.
Good communication is a key message from the survey responses. This includes up-to-date information about services available, and any changes which occur.
Communication needs to be accessible to all, in various formats, digital and non-digital. The message needs to use simple, plain language.
