What did people tell us in their responses to this survey between August 2021 and March 2022?
We asked people what was good about the care they received.
Staff and the care provided were mentioned most often.
Couldn't fault the care I have received in all departments in the last 6 months.
We also asked what improvements people would like to see.
Access to appointments, and the waiting times for those appointments, concerned many people.
Long delays for accessing services. Still awaiting appointment with outpatients.
