Healthwatch Tameside Annual Report 2023-2024

Highlights from the year include:
- 1,206 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
- 234 people came to us for clear advice and information about topics such as mental health and the cost-of-living crisis.
- We published 3 reports about the improvements people would like to see in health and social care services. This included our Mental Health Survey Report which followed up on our 2017 Mental Health Report by assessing the impact of new services.
- We were lucky to have 11 outstanding volunteers who gave up 90 hours to make care better for our community.
